Workspace search
Find any video, folder, or template across your workspace in seconds.
The Workspace search feature lets you search for content across My videos, Shared with me, Templates, and Workspace from a single search bar. This unified experience makes it faster and easier to locate the assets you need, without jumping between different sections.
What you can do with Workspace search:
- Search across your workspace with one search bar available on multiple pages.
- Filter results using advanced options on a dedicated search page.
- Quickly access top matches from the dropdown, or explore full results with filters.
- Choose how to view results—switch between grid and list view based on your preference.
Note:Workspace search only covers the workspace you're currently in, and can't reach into content someone else hasn't shared with you—like a video sitting in another member's private My videos.

How to use Workspace search
Access Workspace search using the search bar on the Home, Workspace, Shared with me, and My videos pages, and from the search bar on the Templates page in your Library.
Start a search

Type your query in the search bar.

View up to 8 top results in the dropdown menu:
- The dropdown shows your recently accessed content, not your most recent searches.
- The location of your search term will be indicated on the right for results where the term is not in the title itself (either Appears in description or Appears in script).

See all resultsto open the dedicated search page.
Use the search page
On the search page, results are organized into three tabs, each with its own filters.
Projects
- Search by title only
- Location: All locations, Workspace, My videos, or Shared with me
- Owner
- Status, which can be filtered on three dimensions at once:
Status type Options Generation status All, Generated, Draft Publishing status All, Published, Not published Sharing status All, Shared, Not shared
Folders
- Search by title only
- Location: All locations, Workspace, My videos, or Shared with me
- Owner (the owner is the creator of the video)
Templates
- Search by title only
- Status: All templates, Published, or Draft
For all content types, you can combine multiple filters to narrow your results, and toggle between grid view and list view to suit your browsing style.
Select any thumbnail in the results to open the item directly.
