Video Overview page
Once you generate your video, you'll have access to the video overview page.
Once you generate a video at least once, you can access the video overview page by clicking on the video from your Workspace, My videos , or Shared with me.

Video overview page
On this page you can:
- See the different generated versions of your video.
- Open the video in the editor to make further changes.
- View the video analytics.
- Invite collaborators to view, edit, and/or comment on the video.
- Publish your video.
- Change the title and description of the video.
- Comment on the video and see pre-existing comments.
Publishing
In order to share your video with your audience, you will need to publish it.
Publishing your video will create a shareable link and embed code for your video, as well as enable the option to export a SCORM package to upload to your LMS.
By default, published videos are not discoverable via search engines.
The link to the share page is publicly accessible, but not publicly discoverable. This means that in order for someone to access a published video, they will have to have the video link shared with them directly.

Publishing menu
To publish your video:
- Click the
Publish
button in the upper right corner of the video overview page. - Click the
Create link
button.
If you unpublish a video, it won't be available for viewing from the video link or any embeds.
This means that neither the video link, nor any embeds using the embed code provided, nor videos embedded in your LMS via a SCORM package upload will be accessible by your viewers.
To make it viewable, publish your video again.

Plus, the file size will be under 100KB since the SCORM package adds an embed of your video hosted by Synthesia instead of including the
