How the integration works

There are two main ways to use Synthesia videos inside Continu:

Option 1 - Embed via share link (recommended for live, always-updated content)

  1. In Synthesia, create and publish your video.
  2. Click Share, then copy the embed code or share link.
  3. In Continu, open or create a course.
  4. Add a new content block and paste the Synthesia embed code.
  5. The video will display directly in the course — and any future edits made in Synthesia will update automatically.

Option 2 - Export as SCORM (recommended for tracked completion and reporting)

  1. In Synthesia, create and publish your video.
  2. Export the video as a SCORM file from the Synthesia editor.
  3. In Continu, upload the SCORM file as a course module.
  4. Learner completions, progress, and scores are tracked natively inside Continu.

Note: To update a SCORM file, simply edit the video in Synthesia & republish the video to automatically update in Continu.
