Embed a Synthesia video in Intercom
- In Synthesia, enable Video Sharing.
- Copy the Share Page URL for your video.
- In Intercom, open the editor for your article or conversation.
- Click the + button and select Embed Video.
- Paste the Synthesia Share Page URL into the field.
The video will appear directly within your Intercom content.
