Components
Add dynamic captions and quiz components to your videos to boost engagement and interactivity.
The Components button in the top toolbar lets you add the following components to your videos:
- Dynamic captions: Customizable captions that sync with your script and highlight each word as it's spoken
- Quiz components: Interactive questions to test knowledge and create engaging learning experiences
Dynamic captions
Dynamic captions help keep your viewers engaged and focused on the video, making your content more accessible and social-media ready.
Add dynamic captions
-
Click the Components button in the toolbar
-
Select a caption format to add it to the canvas:

Dynamic caption presets
-
Position the captions by dragging them to the desired location in the scene, the same way you would any other other canvas element
By default, captions display the entire scene script when first added to a scene. Use triggers to define which part of the script you'd like each captions element to include.
To add captions with the same style settings to all of your scenes, copy and paste the caption element into all of the scenes in your video. This way, the style settings will be preserved, and you won't have to manually set them for the caption elements in all of your scenes.
Dynamic caption settings
To change the styling of your captions, select the caption element and adjust its settings from the inspector panel.
